Keith Schriver (Executive Vice President) brings over 39 years of leadership experience across management, sales, and executive operations in both large organizations and startup environments. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven revenue growth and profitability by building strong teams, developing strategic vision, and maintaining a relentless focus on performance.
He believes excellence in profitability begins with exceptional customer care and service — a principle that has defined his leadership approach.

Allison Johnson (Vice President of HR and Administration) brings over 10 years of leadership and administrative experience, with a strong focus on strategic communication, staff relations, and community engagement. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration, strengthening internal operations, and building meaningful relationships that support organizational success.
