Why choose Iron Spear Protection Group?
Our goal was to provide a great security company for the security agents. The biggest asset we have as a company is the agents themselves. When an agent is being treated well and cares about their job, they are going to care about the clients security. If an agent is unhappy and not being taken care of, then they won’t care. What sets us apart is that we provide a security career not a security job. In doing this, our company has never missed a shift or provided anything less than excellent customer service. We have strict uniform and operating policies so the customer always knows what they are going to get.
Can anyone learn and train here?
The answer is YES! Everyone deserves the right to be able to handle themselves in dangerous situations. Learning and training in a new skill is beneficial to anyone, whether you have an extensive background in security/military/law enforcement or NONE at all. Learning something new can quickly turn that bad situation into a very manageable situation. It just take knowledge and practice.
Why would I need to train?
Just like in martial arts, training creates mechanics, those mechanics create strength, strength creates discipline. The more training someone gets the more they can handle a bad situation calmly. When handling a bad situation calmly, it is easy to think your way out of it, deescalate it, or act if absolutely necessary. Training is also not only for civilians, all manner of professionals from law enforcement to private sector need to keep their minds and skills sharp.
